The WARSAW BOXING CUP competitions have been organized by the ORZEŁ I SYRENKA company since the beginning.
We also cooperate and have cooperated with many foundations, associations, and sports clubs such as:
Paweł Michalik, who founded Fundation "Wyczyn", has been involved in boxing since 2003. We have been organizing boxing events since 2016.
Our events have featured professional boxing matches and international duels. We have organized many international matches and tournaments of this caliber.
We often incorporate patriotic elements to engage athletes, especially young people, with the history of Poland.
We organized events such as the Uprising Boxing Tournament, where in addition to fights, we paid tribute to the Heroes of the Warsaw Uprising, and competitions dedicated to the National Day of Remembrance for Cursed Soldiers, during which we received the patronage of the President of Poland.
We regularly participate in organizing the Warsaw Grand Boxing tournaments, and these competitions often serve as qualifiers for the Warsaw Boxing Cup.

Warsaw Boxing Cup started on September 30th with the oath of the Home Army (Armia Krajowa):
"In the presence of Almighty God and the Most Holy Virgin Mary, Queen of the Crown of Poland, I lay my hands on this Holy Cross, the sign of Suffering and Salvation, and I swear to be faithful to my Homeland, the Republic of Poland, to stand unwavering guard over its honor, and to fight for its liberation with all my strength – even to the sacrifice of my life...."
The attitude of Polish soldiers who fought for 63 days in Warsaw is very close to us. It's difficult to compare as their sacrifice was unimaginably greater, but the athletes participating in our competitions also make many sacrifices and fight with all their might. That's why we paid tribute to the Soldiers of the Home Army and all the battalions, reminding everyone that the Warsaw Uprising lasted for 63 days and should be remembered all year round!
Honor and Glory to the Heroes!
The character of Witold Pilecki is fascinating and colorful. He was a brave cavalryman, a loving husband and father, a hardworking landowner building a local community, a born conspirator, and a volunteer for Auschwitz concentration camp who often risked his life to carry out his mission.
Not many of us know that Captain Pilecki gave his wife Maria a booklet by Thomas à Kempis titled "The Imitation of Christ" to help her educate their children based on it.
We highly recommend the book "Captain. Illustrated Biography of Witold Pilecki" by Jarosław Wróblewski, who also supports our event!
There are stories that seem unbelievable. Yet, they really happened, carrying important messages and inspiration. One of them is the story you will discover through the incredible book "Master. Tadeusz 'Teddy' Pietrzykowski"!
The times of World War II were not easy for the inhabitants of occupied territories. Even worse nightmares awaited prisoners of concentration camps. In the infamous Auschwitz, something that seems almost impossible happened. There, amid the daily drama and countless tragedies, Tadeusz Pietrzykowski gave hope to the prisoners. In a place dominated by evil and fear, he managed to fill the hearts of thousands of fellow sufferers with faith in victory.
He arrived at Auschwitz as one of the first prisoners - number 77. In his very first fight, he defeated a German kapo named Walter Dunning. This turned out to be the beginning of a series of victories against well-fed and stronger camp overseers. The sight of "a Pole beating a German" was an exception in a place like a concentration camp, especially considering that a worn-out enlisted prisoner in Auschwitz only lost once!
Tadeusz Pietrzykowski also fought in the Bergen-Belsen and Neuengamme camps. His unwavering attitude still inspires admiration and demonstrates his extraordinary and unique character. He survived hell, remembering what Papa Stamm taught him before the war: the simple rule - you have to fight to the end.
We wholeheartedly recommend the book by Tadeusz Pietrzykowski's daughter, Eleonora Szafran-Pietrzykowska, titled: "Master. Tadeusz 'Teddy' Pietrzykowski."
